A pound of what? If you’re talking fat – you can’t. You can burn close to 2500 calories (calories are not fat, I hope you know) in 3 hours, run a marathon fast, or a very hard 3 hour bike ride.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.
DINNER
4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.
